"We were in Birmingham for one night to see a play at the Alexandra Theatre, which was a short walk around the corner from the hotel. The NCP car park was 100 yards away and extremely convenient, albeit a little expensive (£30 for 24 hrs). All in all, the hotel was in a fantastic location and very convenient for our trip."

"The staff were so helpful and the room had everything we needed. Room service was excellent and any queries or questions we had were answered immediately. Car parking was convenient but a little expensive. If they could reduce the cost of this that would be great for the guests."
