"Great place for a stop in Newark"

"A fantastic stay with very friendly andaccommodating services."

"Convenient location and clean. Easy checkin with the key available from pub across the road. Had unusual single cup kettle and coffee maker and good selection of teas and coffees. Lights and bathroom tap were on timing sensors and both were a bit annoying particularly the tap when you were trying to fill a jug for the kettle. Bedclothing was a bit tired and there were only 2 fairly flat pillows on a standard size double bed. The thing I really didn’t like though was the musty smell of bedding...

"The owners were really nice genuine people. Show me to my room and talked through the history of the building and gave me all the information I required. I have already booked again for next month. Lovely location and would highly recommend."
