"Was such a unique set up! Loves it!!"

"Front desk personnel needs to learn how to smile. Not very well trained in displaying a welcoming, friendly approach to guests. The breakfast area was not monitored or attended by hotel staff. At times, food was strewn across countertops for long periods of time, along with litter on the floor. It became disgusting to look at. Only when the front desk was notified did anyone enter the breakfast area to get things back in order. Also, several food items were running out and only when...

The first room I was assigned had a strong, unpleasant odor, the pillows were torn and visibly unclean, and the door lock was broken, creating both hygiene and safety concerns. When I reported these issues, the staff offered me a different room. Unfortunately, the second room was not much better. It had a strong chlorine-like smell and showed similar cleanliness problems.
