Room clean, nice big bed. But stark decor & bathroom needed updating. Very non-smiling lady was my welcome, but there were other frendlier peops on reception. The staff were so friendly. There is to be a refit very soon, I hope the character and charm of the place, and the wonderful staff will be kept, as it was it's a little bit tatty grandure however I loved our stay here. We had a room with a sea view, looking out over the garden.
