"It was convenient to everything in downtown Portland. Having a kitchen was a good amenity.
There was a problem with tiny black ants or flies in the kitchen and bathroom. We reported it but declined having it sprayed while we were staying in the room
The hotel should have an after-breakfast hours coffee station.
Parking at $35 per day was excessive so I used Spothero and parked in the same garage at $22 per day."

"We were charged an amenities fee. Weren't told what the amenities were, however, we were told that we could use the $25 for drinks or food at the restaurant. "This hotel was right in the middle of Old Port and in such close proximity to all of the amazing restaurants and stores. The staff was incredibly attentive and so friendly. We never had to wait more than a couple minutes for anything. Even the restaurant and bar in the hotel was great and the food was delicious"

"Hotel was nice and reasonably priced and conventionally located. Easy 8 min drive to the waterfront. Issues we had, our comforter was dirty. It smelled like dirty feet & had stains and lipstick smeared on it in several spots. We also didn’t have toiletries , hand soap- they forgot to put them in the room. Bed was comfortable but I had the “icky feeling “ after the dirty comforter. Maybe this is a “thing” in this area but They had a large open parking lot not secured or covered and charged...
