Room and bathroom were very clean I didn’t use any of the amenities I was happy they took care of my needs for my room to be beside elevator as I’m handicapped. But was shocked there was only two handicap parking spots

The main entrance and parking is on the East sidel and the check-in counter is on the West side which is not Easley accessible. Very poorly laid out hotel. The thermostat in the room did not work.
