"NO HOT WATER THE ENTIRE STAY, despite every day complaining and every day told that it was fixed, but it wasnt!!! The bar was shut, the reception was closed, the rooms flooded from the rain, the buffet was not open because there were not enough people staying in the hotel. I understand it was the first day of the season we arrived, but we overpaid for what we received. "

"Absolute wonderful stay at this charming hotel. We loved EVERYTHING about it. The rooms were beautiful and look out on a stunning view, the staff were wonderful and helpful. Breakfast was delicious. Highly recommended and we will definitely be going back one day, thank you Lira xx"

"Staff was very hospitable and the place was nice and clean. Showers only had 4 bottles of shampoo, no body soap or conditioner. Beds and breakfast were great. "

"The view was beautiful!! The property was clean and looked like the picture. We were definitely in the smallest room which looked different than online. Our biggest issue was the power going out from time to time , NO HOT WATER at all and trying to reach someone for any reason was impossible . All emails/ text seemed auto generated and no communication from the property made it difficult to communicate. Don't think I would return..."

"A lovely location and unique building layout. Our room was great, the bed comfortable, and the rooms were very clean and spacious. The breakfast was very good with freat service. The only reasons that we didn't give it an excellent was the lack of a toilet seat (which they remedied by opening the second bathroom) and the cooking tools were very limited."

"The standard room with is great size, you can easily have 2 large suitcases in the room. The balcony it's self is fantastic . Room is clean and in great conditions. Although some of the fixings in the toilet does need some attention. The breakfast is great, the parking was easy at the property and even better we could charge our Electric Vehicle (EV) at the vicinity (at a cost on third party) and that's priceless considering Mani peninsula is remote in location. This is the main reason we stayed in here"

"Excellent room, great sea views. I would not recommend rooms at the rear, alley view. Very clean, friendly staff and nice breakfast area. Stated parking included but it’s on street and closest I could get was 100yards away. Can’t imagine how far away you would have to park in high season. "
