"Check in was seamless although at 3:00 pm was later than expected. Very clean rooms. As we live in Victoria and were using our place for visiting family, we did not need breakfast or use your laundry facilities. Would definitely recommend your b&b to others."

"What we liked: The location near the sea wall, being near the pub (but in a separate building, so no pub noise) and the quaint heritage building. What we didn't like: The slightly small, creaky bed with a dip in the middle which made sleeping with a partner rather uncomfortable, the very temperamental toilet, the fire alarm going off for no apparent reason at about 7:15am for about 10 minutes and the receptionist forgetting to give us the wifi password."

"Absolutely amazing experience at Rosemead House. It is like stepping into a magical wonderland. Beautiful property, building, rooms, restaurant. Delicious breakfast in an adorable setting. We weren't able to have dinner at the renowned restaurant, but will definitely go back again to enjoy that experience which is supposed to be sensational. The staff is incredibly kind and helpful. HIGHLY recommend Rosemead and can't wait to visit again!!"

"Very well taken care of property. Room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was good, although for a Holiday Inn we usually have more variety. We had a 5 night stay and only had bacon once. Nothing really to complain about. Draw backs were, parking with a big vehicle was a little tricky, as we didn’t fit under the parkade and there was not a lot of upper parking. Pool was only open till 9pm, which we felt was supper early especially having teenagers. Also no hot tub was super disappointing....

"This property is stunning! I loved the charm and style of both interior and exterior. The room was nice, however it did get a little warm but had a decent ac unit and a fan to use. The room and bathroom was clean and functional. The staff were amazing, so helpful and kind. The breakfast was served fresh and hot and was delicious. I would absolutely stay here again."

"So I booked this for my parents anniversary and had asked for a big bed with great view well in advance. They had 2 queens instead. Not a huge deal. The food was phenomenal at the restaurant downstairs. Parking is horrible and rather than give a plate number you need a pass then have to walk it to your car which for super seniors is abit of an inconvenience. The tv was very difficult for them as channels that work at 15 and up so when he hit channel down and got snow he became confused then kept...
