"I had a really nice experience at Beamsley Lodge Hotel. The hotel was comfortable and the staff were friendly and welcoming. A special thank you to Hamza, who was absolutely amazing. He was very helpful, kind, and always ready to assist whenever I needed anything. His excellent customer service really made my stay more enjoyable. "Too many notes telling you not to scratch things. It was nothing like as described on website. Spoon holding the window fastener, other windows held together with duck tape. . Felt damp in there so needed heat. Bedding wasn’t Egyptian cotton, bottom sheet was pea green. Tap just dribbled water out of wash basin. Lane and track down to property was terrible, full of holes. We didn’t stay for breakfast or to sleep there."

"Great location, staff was very friendly and cooked us a very tasty breakfast. Room was comfortable, clean and nicely decorated. Street parking was very full so had to park one street away but promenade and restaurants are all within walking distance so no need to move the car after securing a spot."

"A lovely B&B, Fiona and James are a great couple. Very friendly, helpful and polite. Breakfast was great, plenty of choice. Room was lovely very quiet and clean. Three parking spaces available, which is a bonus, there is plenty of parking nearby. Overall a lovely run B&B Will stay there again"

"Check-in: Need a code which was supposedly given in their confirmation email. Neither I normy friend, on a separate booking, received a code. So I arrive at the door with no code and, good news - there is a contact number in the email. Bad news, it goes straight to voicemail. Fortuntaely, after a few minutes a resident who has a better contact number shows up and I get in. No toilet paper in the room, no chair or similar to put clothes. Supposed to be breakfast included - no breakfast."
