"역사가 오래된 호텔이에요. 당시 아르누보 양식을 그대로 유지하고 있어 호불호가 있을 듯 합니다. 저는 이런 앤틱한 감성 좋아해서 즐기면서 머물렀어요. 호텔은 매우 청결하고 직원들도 늘 친절로 맞아줍니다. 위치는 말 할 필요없이 좋으며 창 밖으로 보이는 뷰에 기분이 좋아요. 주차는 하루 20유로로 호텔 바로 앞에 위치해 있어 매우 편리합니다. 루프탑에서의 조식은 음식 가짓수는 한정적이고 샐러드 종류가 없다는 것이 아쉽지만 환상적인 커피와 뷰로 충분히 보상 가능합니다. "

"We stayed overnight here after flying in from Edinburgh to Catania. The staff were very helpful indeed and we were given a complimentary bottle of wine on arrival - which helped us wind down offer a long days travelling. The room was spacious and comfortable with views of the pool and courtyard. There was also a complementary minibar selection of soft drinks and snacks, which we appreciated."

"Beautiful hotel - my 5th visit to Taormina and I have always stayed in different hotels. Hotel Villa Carlotta is my new favourite! Really welcoming staff both in reception and at the restaurant. Apartment was gorgeous and had everything we needed. Had a fantastic meal at the restaurant - what an absolutely stunning (and very romantic!) setting! Will definitely be back to visit again - hopefully for longer next time. Many thanks!! Christine & Jacques"

"Hotel excelente. Localização ótima pra quem quer visitar Taormina, praia na frente ótima, com excelente café da manhã e estrutura no geral. Pra quem gosta de treinar enquanto viaja, único ponto a melhorar seria a acadmeia, que tem o básico, mas parece largada. No mais, excepcional. Nota máxima em tudo. "

"Rena fina rum med fantastisk utsikt mot Etna. Personalen överlag väldigt trevliga och hjälpsamma.Bra fukost med samma härliga utsikt. Finns inte mycket mer att begära. En plats man vill återvända till. Den tillhörande restaurangen serverade god mat och dryck."

"Really cool modern hotel with robot butlers. Fun idea but a little scary! Another good idea was their honesty bars, saves on paying staff I assume! The spa was brilliant, well priced for all day access. The food was really tasty for breakfast and it’s on until 11am. Perfect tor lazy chilled days, they left rose petals on our bed as it was our honeymoon which was a lovely touch. It was a 35 minute walk from the centre of Syracuse and taxis are squirt expensive, there is a bus but we didn’t bother...
