The staff were incredibly helpful and responsive. We had a lovely time here and only wished we could have stayed longer. Highly recommended. We will be back! "

"Our room, a junior suite, was large, yet the shower was very tiny and old. The room was dated. The on site restaurant was set up to accommodate large groups that came on bus tours, with banquet tables and a dinner menu that was meant for large groups. Online pictures gave the impression of a view of Mt. Etna. Our view was beautiful, of the sea, but you can not see Etna from the property. While the property was adequate, we were somewhat disappointed."

"The room needed a renovation. The room was on two levels, bed upstairs and bathroom downstairs. The seating area in the room was not very comfortable and the furniture was well worn. The staff were nice. Definitely felt like a family hotel from another era."
