"This is an incredible gem of an hotel. The location is just steps away from the pedestrian area of Taormina; the staff were tremendously helpful; the views are to die for. Excellent breakfast with views of the sea and Mt Etna and happy hour (with complimentary snacks) in the same location. Cannot recommend it highly enough."

"Our stay at the Carlotta was fantastic. Stefano, Federico and all the team we dealt with were super friendly, hospitable and extremely helpful. The hotel was quite central and not far to walk up to the centre of town.
