"Great accomodation, close to the centre of Napels. Multiple metro stations nearby, walkable neighbourhood, many museums and churches to be found. The room was neat and tidy, staff was very friendly.breakfast was very good and appreciated, airconditioning was available (but due to perfect temperature during the stay, not needed). Coffee machine (with Neapolitan coffee!) and kettle are in the room. Linnen was refreshed frequently and room was cleaned daily to keep it tidy. Plenty of dining...

"AC not working in room. Ants in room. Dated bathroom and decor. Close to Spanish Quarter and port. Many dining options near by. For transparency, I didn’t speak to a manager for support and after 1 night, I simply made the decision to leave early and change hotels. "

"This is a nice place and well located but I didn’t like the policy of paying 20 euros for arriving after 6pm. I travel quite a bit and have never seen this before and the fee is way too high for no reason. During my arrival in Naples while I was in the subway on my way to the hotel I was also getting text messages from the front desk saying that if I didn’t arrive soon they would have it as a “no-show” and I thought that was totally out of place too.
