"Before we even arrived the staff helped to organise flowers, fruit, and sweets in our room as a surprise for my wife. Accompanied by both a personal message from myself and another from the hotel.
The room is immaculate. Lovely towels refreshed twice a day, the breakfast and evening food is both diverse and delicious.
We arrived during a rail strike, however the staff helped us to plan our journeys. Keeping us informed of the disruption and the best ways to get around the area.
