"The communication was absolutely top-notch. It made check-in incredibly easy after a very long day of traveling. There is no waiting at a check-in desk. We just walked in and got our room and went to bed. We asked for food reservations and things in the area and they were Right on top of it very quick to respond and had some great ideas. They were very attentive and kind the rooms were very clean. The towels were very soft. The beds were comfortable, and the views of the water with the moonlight were perfect."
"Anna is awesome. They did not have our reservation and had closed the hotel for the season. She immediately opened and made ready a cabin for us. She made us dinner, even though the bar/restaurant are under construction. We will definitely stay there again and look forward to seeing all the new updates."

Peculiar room layout: The bed appeared to be on the wrong side of the room based on wall lamps. The desk & chair had to be moved from the coast hanging area in order to be used. Everything was unplugged, the mini fridge had to be moved a substantial distance to be plugged in, and the microwave was not functional after being plugged in."
