"Vickie is a lovely host and makes an excellent breakfast.
I stayed in room 2, a small room that is onto the road. It was a little noisy but ear plugs were sufficient.

"The lounge area is spacious but also homely. The modern, open plan dining area is light and airy and looks out on to the garden. The accommodation was well appointed but the highlight was the attitude of the staff members; in particular, Sarah was delightful and could not have been more helpful. I would not hesitate to return if circumstances brought us back to this beautiful area."

"The room was small but very well maintained and clean. The breakfast you could not fault, although you had to give your choice on the night before which personally not in favour of. The staff were very attentive, pleasant and efficient.
The situation in the middle of the village ideal and parking on site, excellent. No dogs allowed on site which I am in favour of."

"A very warm and genuine welcome on arrival. The room was perfectly adequate for my needs, nice double bed with views over the rooftops of the historic town centre and over to the moors. Delicious cooked-to-order breakfast."
