"We booked this as a last minute hotel and it ended up being the worst hotel I’ve ever seen. It smelled horrendous and was just dingy. The property was not maintained and the lobby smelled like BO. The only plus side was when I asked for a refund because the conditions were horrid. We got a full refund."

"Hotel was rundown, and when I got to my room, it was trash on the floor, mold, stains everywhere, and when I took the sheets off the bed to check for bedbugs, I found stains all over the sheets which looked to me like it was smeared fecal matter. It was unsanitary and disgusting.
I went downstairs to talk with management and they were not there so I spoke with the front desk lady and she was unhelpful and I asked her about getting a refund and she said that the management won’t be giving a...

"Clean room. Staff was friendly and very welcoming. The breakfast included was the best I’ve had anywhere. There was ample parking available and its free to park when you stay. The hotel has a sidewalk that brings you within a one minute walk to ricks on main and vidlers 5&10 across the street. 10/10 would recommend staying here to explore east Aurora. I stayed as a “staycation” with a friend of mine and we had a wonderful time. We plan to make it a yearly thing now because the stay was so...
