"We dropped something behind the desk. When we pulled it away from the wall the get our item we found a LOT of filthy garbage back there. Disgusting.
People were shouting to each other down the hallway in the morning, sounded like it might have been cleaning staff based on what they were saying (?) and woke us much earlier than we were wanting."
"We enjoyed our stay: the staff was very friendly and helpful; the hotel was clean. There was small maintenence projects being attended to throughout our stay - which tells me they care about keeping the property looking good. The breakfast was okay - nothing to write home about but it did the trick for our purposes. The biggest downside for our stay was the pool & waterslides were closed for maintenance for the first few days of our stay. That was a main reason for choosing this hotel. The staff & management were apologetic. They also committed to repairs & cleaning as quickly as possible. They were able to open the large pool and slides earlier than they anticipated. We (and our littles) were grateful and spent lots of time enjoying the pool area for the rest of our stay. We would stay here again!"
