"When I arrived there were 2 APD Units parked at the main entrance, as I was walking up I could hear loud music coming from a room above and little kids probably under 5 hanging out on the balconies yelling, parking lot is dimly lit.
Front desk staff seemed friendly to the couple in front of me but I got a whole different or lack of friendly from the same lady. She was very blunt, didn’t make any small talk, didn’t even make eye contact with me, kept her head down and did her thing. Like what happened to her being friendly just a few minutes prior.
The rooms are a bit overwhelming when it comes to decorating but the hotel had a 8.2 review so I decided to give it a chance.
The walls are so thin I could hear a man hacking up his lungs all night, my heating and cooling unit sounded like it was on its last leg, so much noise from people sliding the balcony doors open and closed, people down in the pool area & I was on the 4th floor. In the morning I realized the reason I probably heard so much noise was because my ac unit wasn’t properly attached to the wall and I could see the outside when I opened the panel to adjust the temperature.
Overall seems like a run down ghetto hotel, I don’t recommend at all. "

6/10 Okay
"The hot tub(luke warm at best)and pool were dirty. Breakfast was horrible, instant mix eggs and grab and go food only. Beds were slope to a crater indent towards the middle of the bed. The hotel lobby and breakfast area smelled moldy and was being masked by disinfectant spray."
"Rooms were spacious and well appointed. Bathroom included tub and separate shower. Also spacious. Casino was also well maintained and clean. Staff friendly."
"The overall visual of the hotel is rundown and tired. The elevator feels filthy and takes up to 10 min to arrive. I booked a suite so I would have a refrigerator and microwave, there was food from previous guests in the fridge. Curdled milk and soggy lettuce. Yuck. The sheets had tiny little hairs in them, gross. I would not stay here again."
