"We arrived and got settled. I found a bug crawling on me. Didn't think anything of it. We walked to dinner and came back. Found dead bugs in corners of our room. Found another bug on one of our bags. My husband found one on himself. We brought the bugs to the desk and asked for another room. Since we had a dog, they had no other rooms accommodating dogs. They said they could have the room cleaned, but no telling if these bugs had laid eggs anywhere. Since we booked through a third party (Hotels.com) they couldn't offer a refund. The clerk stated that we probably brought them in from walking to and from dinner. We left and went somewhere else"

"Was cheap and stayed one night only. $25 non refundable resort fee. Unsure why since lower end hotel. Cockroaches in the bathroom. Amenities did not work. Fitness did not even have a treadmill. No sauna. Muffins for the continental breakfast with water or coffee. Hotel restaurant expensive and their staff not friendly. Food wasn’t really that good either. Homeless man was in the parking lot with his head on my window peering into my vehicle when I went back to grab something I forgot. Told security. They were aware of that man. But not sure what they did about it. Great concept of a hotel sadly the execution needs more work. I will not be staying again."
