"Room clean on arrival. No room cleans as stated but no comp breakfast bag which is detailed in the booklet in the room. Overall good but a lot of money for room only & no services provided but not a lot of choice in the area & v close to friends so paid for the convenient location"

"This hotel is very tired and dreary, the worst hotel we have ever stayed. Our own fault for trying to buy on the cheap - lesson learn't ! Only good point was its location I would not recommend this hotel under any circumstances "

"Check in was really slow, I wasn't told about the building or where my room is. I was given the wrong key card, so I had to wait another half an hour for the error to be corrected. I wasn't given access to the facilities/leasure areas as the property description advertised. There was no guide of how to use the key card or an fire escape map in my room. Over all I am disapionted. "

"Fundamentally this should be a nice apartment, despite the tiny twin room. Living area and kitchen were nice and the main bedroom and the bathroom were both spacious. The main problem was that the toilet flush broke the first time it was used: the button that needed to be pressed got stuck and wouldn’t come back out. "We have stayed several times before. It is consistently good . We had food in the restaurant on the evening which was good. The staff are always attentive and caring. The room we had was spotless and a decent size we will definitely return as we stay there when we go to visit family "
