"My stay at the hotel was genuinely warm and welcoming from the moment I arrived. The atmosphere felt comfortable and inviting, making it easy to relax straight away. The staff were exceptional throughout my visit—always friendly, approachable, and more than happy to help with anything I needed, no matter how small. Their attentiveness really made a difference and added a personal touch to the experience. One of the highlights was the all-you-can-eat breakfast. There was a great variety of options to choose from, all fresh and well-prepared, catering to different tastes. It was a perfect way to start the day and definitely exceeded my expectations. Overall, it was a very enjoyable stay, and I would happily return."

"The rooms are spacious, but a bit dated. The mattress was hard for me. The bathroom needed tiles fixing, the shower was powerful and pleasant. We booked dinner at 7.30 pm waited for our simple grilled chicken almost an hour, no one informed us until we asked what is going on. The breakfast was shambolic -£24 per person and barely any food available, no pastries, we waited for fried eggs as they run out. The employees available as breakfast hosts were not welcoming and engaging at all, so disappointing. Overall not good value for the money."

"Has it's not busy the hotel is closed my room was in the court yard . There was a note on the main door telling what number my room was. Unfortunately another couple was staying and they had taken my room . The number i had was for the reception which was closed . Luckily someone who liked in the cottage the end knew the owner and was able to contact . I ended up staying in the other couples room. In the end. I was meant to be sent a email explaining the info but this was not sent.. The good thing was the breakfast very good."

"Upon arrival it was dark, there wasn’t really any lights on and it wasn’t welcoming at all. It looked very neglected. Our room was very poorly maintained. The mattress was clearly a very cheap mattress and this made for an awful nights sleep. The mattress didnt even fit the bed base, it was smaller than the base. This exposed what appeared to be paint splattered chipboard beneath the mattress. Very unsightly and extremely uncomfortable. The bathroom was absolute basic at very best. There was no mirror in the room at all, there was no shower curtain and there was chewing gum stuck to the floor. I have photo’s to show all of this. The room looked absolutely nothing like the photos on the website. Extremely disappointing."
