"The location of the hotel could not be better. One block from Florida pedestrian precinct, close to shops, restaurants and bars, near San Martin Square for lovely walks, but also central in terms of the theatre and concert halls, public transport hubs especially the main railway terminal. But most impressive was the friendly and helpful staff. It is true that the views from the rooms tend to be disappointing but this is Buenos Aires. One does not want to spend much time in the room."

The kitchen was bare bones and everything in it was old and not very clean. The sheets were also not very clean. I felt a little scammed to be honest. Everything was just run down. I had to ask for everything. A hairdryer (the one they gave me had tape holding it together), trash bags, coffee etc. The gym is terrible (dirty with...

"This is an excellent hotel and in a great location in Recoleta. The staff is very friendly and professional. Santiago greeted us and was very helpful getting us settled in. The breakfast is quite adequate with scrambled eggs, sliced meats and cheese, and a large selection of breads, pastries, and fruit. We had a great stay here."
