"Staff and the complementary breakfast was excellent. Very clean place to stay in. Only downfall was the walls were paperthin, and you could hear people walking up and down the hallways, talking and laughing, and you could hear every car that started up outside your window. Overall, great stay and would probably stay there again."

"I never leave reviews on my hotel stays. But I think this deserves one. Checking in was fine, the lady at the front desk was very welcoming and kind. When we got off of the elevator to go to our room, the entire hallway had a skunky smell, I assume it wasn’t a skunk! Our room appeared to be cleaned, but while checking the beds for bugs, I noticed a lot of what looked to be cut grass on the sheets. I went to take a shower, the shower made a horrific, screaming noise. There were black smudges in the shower wall and hair along the outside bottom of the tub. The refrigerator made an awful buzzing noise the entire time and the air conditioner wouldn’t stay on to keep the room cool. The kids did enjoy swimming for a short while. The next morning we went down for breakfast, which was mediocre, there was food on the floor and a woman walking around with no shoes on, in the eating area. We didn’t complain and we just made do knowing there wasn’t any hotels left open in the area due to a large softball tournament. Again, the lady at the front desk was extremely kind and it seemed as if she was manning the desk alone. We really just didn’t want to be a bother, but the hotel needs some TLC."

"From pulling up in the parking lot, the place looked like a ghost town. There were weeds everywhere, trash and just not taken care of at all. Walking in there were no automatic doors, the lobby was a mess, dirty and you could barely see out the windows. Got our room, we’re on the second floor. She tells us there’s no elevators, you have to take the stairs. So we decided to go look at the room first, stairway is a mess, the doors are hard to open, hallway a mess and we get to the room and the lights don’t work. Go all the way back downstairs, tell her about the lights, she gives us another room, so we go grab some stuff out of our vehicle, which we had to sit down to open both sets of doors to get in, go up the stairs again to the second room and it’s not even made. At this point, seeing how dirty the place is, no elevator, rooms and halls are a mess. We tell her we want to cancel and want our money back. Which she didn’t hesitate, but did say to me that she could have charged me to cancel, Really? What a nightmare!"
