"This is an inexpensive hotel so a review has to be relative to the cost. It is an older 2 story motel with room entrances outside. The outside of the building could use a lot of maintenance. Cracked walls and sidewalks, dirty stairs, and similar. On the other hand the inside of the rooms are immaculate and recently remodeled. The a/c unit can be run with the fan full time which I like for sleeping (most newer hotels cannot do this). The bathroom is very basic, but clean and nearly new. The woman who checked us in was friendly and accommodating. The young fellow who was there the next morning not as good. For what you pay this was a good option we would choose again."

"We did not have a bad stay at all but this was a budget choice for us. The room was clean, no smells, the shower and bathroom were great. A few things I noticed. >Some towels were a bit thread bare. Thin and not enough of them. >The bed was quite hard and was just a mattress on a flat metal frame. Not uncomfortable and not great for two people trying to sleep. > The bathroom door has been painted over so many times it cannot close all the way. The frame and door can be jammed and at one point we had to shove the door open to get in. >The room door had some drawn damage. Exposed food that was chipping at the base. We would stay again if we could not find a different hotel given the time frame. Long review short, we would stay again just be aware you get what you pay for."

"The Baymont was overbooked & we were advised upon arrival. They had already booked us to their sister hotel- Wingate by Wyndham. This appeared to be in our favor as it looked nicer than the Baymont, it was just a mile or so & we appreciated they had it all arranged. Bed was comfortable, shower was average, staff friendly, very nice TV, breakfast was low on some items- just average. Was adequate for one nite & could not have beat the price since it was basically an upgrade from the Baymont. Would not stay at a Baymont tho as it did not look very nice."
