"We stayed here for 3 nights during our first trip to the Dolomites and expected a better experience for the price paid. Cons: There was almost never anyone at the front desk. We were asked to communicate through WhatsApp, but responses were quite slow. Netflix in the room was not working throughout our stay. There is no air conditioning. "Everything was excellent, the bed could use a more comfortable mattress - not bad - but given the quality of everything else, I would think an upgrade to the quality and comfort to the mattress makes sense. "

"Property’s in the heart of Dolomites. Fabulous views and very clean room. Walking distance to restaurants and stores. But the traffic can be a bit heavy due to some constructions in town and among of the tourists going through. The unit we were in can definitely hear the traffic and the walls are thin, we can clear hear some loud neighbours.
