"We stopped here for one night on the way to the Alps. It was excellent. The staff were genuinely exceptional. They were there for us for a very late check in (02:00) and smiling as if it was mid afternoon. The beds were really comfortable and massive. We were four in one room and there was plenty of space. "We had a wonderful stay. What an absolute treasure. The most beautiful room at top of building. Fantastic breakfast. We stayed on a Sunday night so unfortunately the restaurant was closed. Very helpful lovely staff. I would highly recommend this hotel in a lovely quiet part of Troyes but all easy walking distance. Perfect"
