"Nice hotel and great staff. The young lady at reception arranged tours and was very helpful. There's only one restaurant closeby that serves dinner. For other meals and supermarkets, walk 20 mins to centro so location is not that great of you don't have a vehicle. Otherwise a pleasant stay."

If you’re booking, make sure to reserve a room facing the lake—it’s truly unforgettable, especially at sunrise and sunset. The hotel itself was spotless, well-maintained, and very comfortable. The staff went above and beyond to be welcoming and helpful, making the entire experience even more enjoyable. We also found that having a rental car made a big difference. It gave us the flexibility to easily access the main street in El Calafate and explore the surrounding areas without any hassle. Overall, a perfect blend of comfort, scenery, and convenience—highly recommended for anyone visiting Patagonia."
