"Property was under construction during my stay. They never notified me of this. They worked on rooms all around me until 9:30pm (at which time I complained to front desk). They could have put me in any part of the hotel but chose to put me in the worst possible room. The gym is a freaking joke. A tiny museum of 2 prehistoric cardio machines and some free weights. It was easy to see why they were working on the rooms, my bathroom window was rusted shut and there was no air conditioner in my room."

"Clean. Interesting pub next door. Close to town and the beach. On more than on occasion the water went from warm to tepid while running the shower. I have a sensitive back and found the bed too soft. Breakfast was mediocre."

"This was a very cute bed and breakfast. The house was lovely and so were the rooms. There was a fireplace in the room, which was a nice touch.The staff was helpful and very sweet. Complementary cookies, wine, tea, and coffee. In the morning when we went down for breakfast, there was a note saying that the water was off for some reason and so they gave us a gift certificate to a nearby breakfast place that was wonderful. Great customer service. Would recommend this place to everyone."

"Had a very bad experience staying there. The rooms were not clean, the furniture was broken, and the shower was terrible. At one point, there was no water in the shower!"

"I had no idea that you had to wait until after 3pm to get a code to be able to get into the front door and your room since there was no person at all inside. I called the phone # on the outside board and that person found the code for me since I did not get any info from expedia until much later. There was not a refrigerator to use."

"Very hospitable and friendly staff. We got a unit with a broken LCD screen. It was only noticeable once you turn the tv on. We informed the front desk about it and they immediately checked and replaced it. Kudos to their prompt response and great service!"

"Country Inn for a short stay is a wonderful choice. A full breakfast is included, parking was easy, the room was clean and functional, and staff was cordial during check in process. The grounds were well maintained as I noticed a very nice garden of roses and a variety of flowers were surrounding the perimeter of the building....a very lovely touch"
