We have dinner at Ushin and the service and the food was really good but too slow, I think they don’t have enough servers."

I wish I had received information about where to find the shuttle in the confirmation email and though it was useful to go to the hotel, it runs every half hour so we could not use it going back. "The room door was ajar when we went to our room after check-in. We went back to the front desk to let the staff know. A night manager accompanied us to the room and was surprised to see the door ajar. He took our card keys and found that they did not work; we assume that he concluded we had not opened the door. He went inside the room and told us everything was clean and for us to come in. When inside, we realized that it was a regular room and not the mini- suite we had reserved and paid for. The night manager took us back to the front desk and gave us a mini-suite. He also gave us a coupon for 2 free drinks for the inconvenience. We thought that was nice of him. However, we did not use the coupon."
