"We enjoyed the heated pool and the unique property. Nice landscaping and the room was a great value for the money in comparison to the other hotels in Aspen. Will definitely stay there again."
La Quinta Inn & Suites by Wyndham Glenwood Springs
8/10 Good
"This is our second stay at this hotel. It has easy parking, although they say they charge for it, I'm not sure if they actually do? The breakfast is good, the staff is wonderful, it is a short walk to both hot springs in town and a pedestrian bridge walk away to downtown. It's right across from an amazing local bakery and a fun outdoor store. Truly has everything! It is an older Hotel and if you have loud neighbors you'll hear them through the walls and you'll hear slamming doors. One night we had this but the other two nights we didn't, so it really just depends on other people's Hotel etiquette. The beds were comfortable, the view was decent and the hotel had everything we needed for three nights. There is a random 5% Resort fee they are required to add now and Expedia doesn't list that anywhere. I spoke with the manager the morning we checked out who was extremely helpful and also said she'd been trying to work with Expedia to get that updated so it is reflected on expedia's website. The lobby is great to unwind in with a fireplace and lots of couches and pillows! Great place to stay!"
"Spa was not was not working. Towels for the pool area were out. Door to room had a gap and was not sealed properly. Outlets in room were loose. Door in bathroom was worn and scratched. Hot water for shower was more like luke warm. Lamp outlet did not work. Bed was noisy and old. Remote for t.v only worked from like 2 feet away. For price of tjese rooms was not worth it. This hotel is outdated and needs alot of repairs."
"Parking is very tight if you have a truck. There is no heat and no extra blankets. Staff isn't very knowledgeable about anything other checking in. It's a good place if you just need a roof over your head and a bed. Also lock your car, there's people hanging out/sleeping in cars in their parking lot."
"We had a wonderful time. The room was quaint and comfortable, parking was easy, and the grounds were beautiful! We were especially thankful to be able to bring our dog with us. We will be back!"
"The gentleman at desk was very nice, he made sure we knew of all the amenities and was so helpful with the fire pits. You need to stay for 2 nights to take in all the amenities, the pool and hot tub, pickleball, biking, cornhole, horse shoes. Volley ball I think also. The fire pits are so nice. With the trees lit up. This is my 3 rd time staying there and will stay again"
