Valerie was very helpful and accommodating, since we had to arrive late at night. She left keys and instructions that were easy to follow. The breakfasts were amazing! "200 dollar room and the hallways smelled like weed. At exactly 11:03 someone was knocking on the door hustling us to check out, F U Parking lot had huge potholes and debris all over the place.Interior needs an upgrade as it looks firmly in backrooms 1993.Look elsewhere to get ripped of for substandard "Quality""

"Bed bugs. My adult son was bit up pretty good. I have pictures. No one assisted us to bag up our clothes and belongings that were there. No one came up to the room to start bagging up the bedding or anything. I had to pay to use the commercial washer and dryer to wash the clothes that were in the room. I asked to speak with the manager but was told that he was not there, but they would have him contact me. Nothing yet. We should be reimbursed for our stay to say the least."
