The property was beautiful, always clean, and well kept. The daytime reception staff couldn’t be more helpful and pleasant. However, the male individual who covered the night shift acted as though my group was a nuisance to him and it was a bother having us there.

Habitacion 504

Habitación 504. Hay una clara necesidad de mantenimiento y reparación. Comenzando con el baño de abajo tiene malos olores propio de problema de tubería. El microondas en la cocina le falta una pata y cuando se usa se mueve incesantemente. El pequeño banco de madera debajo de las escaleras tiene una tablilla completamente suelta. La calefacción no funciona en la planta baja. Las puertas correrizas de los armarios en las habitaciones no operan bien. Las máquinas de refrescos y comidas están mal atendidas. La máquina de alimentos no opera y la máquina de refrescos estaba prácticamente vacía.

Lækker pool, rummelige lejligheder

Stor og rummelig lejlighed med rimeligt komfortable senge. Lidt slidt, men rent og pænt. Køkkenet meget slidt og uden opvaskemiddel, børste osv. (åbenbart standard mange steder i Sydeuropa, men stadig meget lidt hygiejnisk at der ikke kan vaskes ordenligt op). Poolområdet var super lækkert med stor pool, græsområde og snackbar.

Es un alojamiento muy tranquilo, nada masificado. Con ambiente muy agradable. Echamos de menos que nuestro apartamento tuviera terraza privada, ya que todos los demás si que tenían. Los apartamentos de una habitación no tienen placa de cocina, es un fuego portátil.

It was a really nice experience. A calm and very charming place to be in family or in couple. It had all the amenities needed in case you don’t want to move to the main port. Good food and a very warm service👌

Good location in El Puerto

Good location in El Puerto, with plenty of street parking and walking distance to restaurants and shopping. Going to the center of town will require a car / taxi, or a 30 minute walk. Having a kitchen is convenient when traveling with a family. Better than your typical European hotel, but the rooms could be cleaner. I recommend asking to stay in the main building, instead of the rooms across the street. This was our 6th trip staying here, and we would definitely stay here again.
