"Stayed at Hyatt Place San Francisco/Downtown and had a great experience. The rooms were super clean, the staff was friendly and helpful, and the location could not be better. It’s only a block away from Oracle Park and close to everything downtown. Perfect spot if you’re in town for a game or just exploring the city. Have stayed here many times in the past and will again in the future."

The breakfast buffet was well organized especially for being busy The front staff was awesome, well trained to explain your bill The only thing I was disappointed with was the parking price was not on the website It was reasonable for the city but I would have liked to know before booking Overall it was an enjoyable experience"

"Ac didn't work in our room and when we showered we realized the shampoo & conditioner were completely empty and had to call the front desk to refill them. Also didn't read that you have to pay for the valet parking which was almost half of what the room cost."
