Overall the visit was good. On the days we stayed only one restaurant was open at 5 pm. The food was good but seems more choice would have been nice. The room was fine. Only thing was that only one chair in the room for 3 people, most hotels have at least two, but we survived. Lol. Pool and hot tub was great. I wish the pool was heated. 👍 overall a 8 out of 10.

Room very dated and everything showed its age ie fixtures plug covers light switches. You could tell things were very old by the dirt and grime. Around toilet floor very nasty. Staff polite but not knowledgeable on their movie options, I wound up ordering a month supply of karaoke while trying to order a movie. None of the staff knew anything about the way to remove it or if it would be a recurring charge. One staffer contacted their provider and said it should just be the one month charge. He was trying to be helpful, but the hotels movie provider wouldn’t give him any definitive answer. I’ll have to watch for another charge myself. That’s my last stay there for sure.

This was the most disappointing hotel experience I have ever had! I expected much more from a facility with the Caesar's name. The lighting was so dim my friend and I could hardly see to do our hair and makeup. The comforters on the beds were so old and worn that the stuffing had become like little cotton balls, one in each pocket on the comforter. Thus, we were cold when we slept. There were used tissues under one bed. We had no hot water in the bathroom. Maintenance tried unsuccessfully to fix it. There was no hair dryer in the room as listed in the amenities. When I called the front desk for one, I had to go to the desk and get it myself. Then we discovered the switch was broken and had to turn it on and off by plugging it in and unplugging it. Because I booked my room through a third party, the hotel refused to refund any of my room charge, which was over $500 for two nights. They would not move us to another room. They gave me a $50 food credit but the restaurant we wanted to eat at was closed. I went there to spend my birthday weekend, but the entire trip was a fiasco. I will never stay there again and would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

Clean room and staff was very kind. They should have all restaurants open for New Years and New Years Day for guests. If you are going for a special holiday such as New Years Eve they definitely did not have anything special going for guests the online version of their New Year’s party was definitely off.
