After my departure, I had a billing issue and called the hotel a few days later and was once again confronted with a very rude front-desk staff. "Stayed for a softball tournament, rooms were clean, staff was friendly. We had no issues."

"Lobby and common areas like bug spray or some kind of pest treatment. Front desk lady was super nice and helpful. She’s the only staff member. There’s a guy that sits in the lobby closest to the desk everyday but it’s not clear if he works here or if he’s a resident. The apartment was impeccably clean.
