"The service staff was great. The hotel is a little rundown and we understand that they’re not fixing things because the hotel is going to be renovated. The safe in the room did not work. The ice machine on our floor did not work. The breakfast continuously ran out of plates, juice machine was broken and most days there was no juice in the refrigerator for the guests. The beds and room were comfortable. Despite the issues I would stay at the hotel again. Overall, our experience was a good one."
"The property was older and showed its age but everything was clean and that’s a big deal. Coffee available 24 hours. A decent breakfast and the site was close to myriads of restaurants and all type of shopping."
"The bathroom was dirty. Someone checked in to the room above us and were running back and forth around 11pm. This went on for around an hour and then they were back up around 530 am and woke us up."
"When we checked in, the key that was given to us already had a occupant in the room. They did get us a different room, but then the remote didn't work for the TV. The bathtub was clean but stained. It could be replaced when possible. Other than those things, the room was clean and the bed was comfortable. "
"Room was spotless except gross brown crud @ bottom of toilet drain, possible partial clogging, photo available. Talked to night clerk who suggested I should use a plunger. I commented that actually was his job! He came to the room and said those brown stains were normal discoloration. I don't think so.
Therewas a fridge but no microwave nor alarm clock.
Breakfast was adequate but very basic. Two waffle makers was a really nice touch."
