"Overall the stay was excellent the hosts were amazing and flexible suggesting places to eat for dinner nearby. The breakfast was delicious. The room was to a high standard and the bathroom was clean with a great shower. Only two reasons it didn’t get a 5 star. "Staff, service and food were excellent. Exactly when you'd come to expect from a Holiday Inn. Sadly however the room looked tired and in need of some much needed TLC with a distinct lack of beside plugs and although the room was at far end of the building and away from general foot traffic it was right above the air handling units and plant so was noisey at night. "Room was clean and had everything we needed, with the nice addition of some balloons and a birthday message on our return after a day out for our daughter, having told them why we were there on arrival. Staff really helpful throughout.
