"Location was close to the beach, but more private and secluded. Not a very lively area, but found a few eating establishments within walking distance. Overall the unit is nice and modern, large enough to be comfortable for a family of 4. Sofa bed is a bit lumpy and we had some issues with the cleanliness of pillows and bed sheets, but the issue was quickly resolved. Communication with the staff was easy and we received quick responses. "

"We had a great stay in Valencia. Antony and Margie gave brilliant couples massage experience that felt very professional and relaxing. Ana Maria, Rosa, and Veronica were incredibly helpful, no request was too small and they really looked after us. I previously stayed at the same hotel in Madrid, which is why I booked again, and I’m so glad I did. The rooms were very clean and we were really happy with our room type. Room service was quick (the burger was great!), and we also had a lovely steak dinner in the restaurant upstairs. All the staff were friendly and accommodating, and the little touches like sweets around the hotel were a nice surprise. I felt very well looked after and would definitely stay again.
