"The young man at the front desk was very kind and understanding and tried to correct some of my complaints but I still decided to leave the property and not stay for the time I reserved. My room smelled like mold and I had to get some spray from the front desk..the carpet was FILTHY…there was a cigarette burn in the ottoman…the towels had a yellow hue and I had to request new ones because a hair was imbedded in 1 of them…a dog was barking incessantly….they say it was renovated but I think the only thing renovated was the lobby!! "

"Candice was such a joy during check-in. Extremely patient and understanding while checking me in and very helpful when it came to asking questions about the app and benefits of using the app. The staff is always welcoming, attentive, and accommodating whenever an issue came about. Would definitely recommend this location for those looking for a place stay short or long term. "

"There was items left over from another guest in the room and also I killed 3 bugs. 2 were spiders. The door to the room was incredibly hard to open and close. Not to mention you could hear any and everything through the walls as well. Tv in the room was horrible quality. Speaker and picture issues. Breakfast wasn’t at all worth it. "

"I stayed at this hotel for a weekend trip. The location was convenient and the check-in process was smooth. Unfortunately, the room did not meet expectations. The bedding did not feel fresh, and the bathroom could have been cleaned more thoroughly. I also noticed some noise from the hallway late at night, which made it difficult to sleep. I brought this up with the front desk explaining how nasty the room was, while the staff were polite, the issue wasn’t fully resolved during my stay. Overall, the hotel has potential, but improvements in cleanliness and noise control would make a big difference. Based on this experience, I would consider other options next time. "
