"Cheap stay was the plus side So I guess you get what you pay for. Despite the circumstances, please greet your guests gleefully. Never turn your back when speaking. Make a consorted effort to make the place clean. Even if you have to get some nice smelling stuff. And please clean the carpet. You'll be surprised what little changes and a positive vibe can do for your business."

"Great for our one night visit to Peachtree Corners. The facility was clean and very easy to access. Check in was quick and a short walk to our room from the parking lot. Our King size bed was plush, clean, and comfortable. Shower and bathroom were spotless and tv had multiple options for streaming services. Again, we only stayed one night so it worked out perfectly. Also super convenient location with target and Publix across the street (walking distance) and several restaurants/coffee...

"At the time of reservation it showing we are getting free breakfast but hotel denied it"

"The hotel was fairly new it swmmed. It melled so fresh as I entered the lobbby. Not the typical old hotel smell. The customer service was excellent. I was greeted by friendly staff and refreshements. I would highly recommend.."

"The hotel was new and appeared very clean. However, about 8 hours after I left I found about 20 circular red (bites?) on my lower legs. By the time I was seen by my dermatologist they were unable to determine the cause of the red spots."

"Not well maintained. Checking in at 9 PM had to be done through security glass - lobby was locked. Staff was not attentive at all. Continued conversations ignoring me and another customer who was waiting before me. I interrupted them twice as we waited close to 10-minutes for them to finish a conversation with each other about work drama (we could hear them). The gras around the entire building was very overgrown. I was given a room facing the highway (very noisy) with bright lights shining...

"My check in was very nice when I got to the room. There was a stain on the floor. The cleaning staff were very helpful when I ordered food they said they would bring it to the room, but I had to go pick it up and it just seemed like the staff had other things that they were doing other than taking care of the patrons of the hotel"
