"Clean room, helpful staff, outdoors clean, laundry onsite, pool area is nice and comfy."

"If i could give negative stars, i would. 1st: Our room wasnt ready, but the staff claimed to be unaware of this. They accepted payment and gave us the key but the room was TRASHED. Beds were tossed, blood on the sheets, trash throughout the room, bathroom horrendous. 2nd: The refund process has been abysmal. We were there an hour, if that and was given a partial refund even though the facility was less than subpar. The young lady we dealt with on the midnight shift was helpful and apologetic...

"La propiedad tiene buena ubicación, con tiendas cercas y restaurantes, cerca de la marina, no me gustó el olor de la habitación, olía a humedad, un olor raro, el lundry en malas condiciones, todas las máquinas con muy mal aspecto, preferirí no lavar"

"No one at desk for check- in. Virtual check-in with no security on-site. Room smelled overwhelming like cigarettes. There were children running around complex screaming and causing disturbances. Come to find out the children belonged to the people in the parking lot working on old trucks dropping fuel tanks and everything else. Apparently they weren’t even staying there because they left after they repaired there truck. Terrible experience. "
