"Office personal was friendly, was able to check in an hour early, that was the only thing that was nice at the “Travel Inn”. Once checked in and received my key card me and my wife proceeded to the room, trouble started right there as the door wouldn’t work properly, once we were able to get into the room it was a total disaster. "Sound from room upstairs and outside traffic was quite disruptive to sleep"

"We booked a suite but none of the door was working. I tried both door for many times before i walked to the front desk for helped. They helped me working on a different keys but then those didnt work either. Then i have to walked back down again for the third time while 3 of my toddlers were antsy and irritated. They had to used the master key for the door, it was terrible experience for such a pricey suite. "
