"The hotel was okay, but I did not feel the photos were an accurate depiction of the condition of the rooms and amenities. We purchased the luxury triple and were surprised that it was very basic and small for 3 people to share. The balcony looked out on the parking lot. The outdoor seating area is also adjacent to the parking lot making it not very scenic. "A gerência deve observar e entender que as observações do consumidor são importantes pra que outros hóspedes procurem o hotel, o chuveiro estava com a fiação exposta quando ligava no quente era no máximo,as camas desconfortáveis, na piscina não tem escada pro hóspede entrar ou sair, a noite música alta não deixando dormir, não tem material de banho como sabonete e shampoo"
