"Wir hatten einen sehr angenehmen Aufenthalt. Das Zimmer war sehr modern und sauber, besonders gut hat uns das darum herum, wie Aquarium und Autoausstellung, gefallen. Das Frühstück hätte im Vergleich zum Rest etwas reichhaltiger sein können."

"The property is not a hotel. There is no reception and no service is provided at the property. You rent a room. There is no air conditioning and it was very hot. Our room was in the 4th floor and there is no elevator after the 3rd floor. The ceilings in our room were slanted both in the bathroom and bedroom and it is hard to avoid hitting the ceiling. The location also is not ideal."

"Sehr schöne Lage! Zimmer war sehr groß und gut ausgestattet. Frühstück war recht reichhaltig. Nur leider wurden uns mitten beim frühstücken die Teller vor der Nase weggenommen, weil es hieß wir sollten uns bitte an einen anderen Tisch setzen. (ein anderes Paar ebenfalls) Der Tisch an dem wir saßen war nicht reserviert o.ä. Könnte man für die Zukunft dann besser beschriften oder bereits beim Eintreten kurz anmerken."

"I had a wonderful stay at the Grand Hotel Europe in Lucerne (May 29-June 1, 2026) . The hotel was very clean and well maintained, and my room offered a beautiful view that made it a pleasure to return after a day of walking the Old Towne (about 15 minute walk from hotel). Toen we aankwamen en vanwege de hitte een drankje wilde bestellen gaf het hiervoor aanwezige personeel aan dat we nog een half uurtje moesten wachten. Zij hadden namelijk pauze. Ook het driegangen diner waarvoor we voor twee personen meer dan 175 Zwitserse Franken moesten betalen voldeed absoluut niet aan de verwachtingen. Kortom een teleurstellende ervaring."

"Tout a été excellent. Nourriture, emplacement , autobus. Petite note: nous sommes non fumeurs. Notre chambre était située directement au dessus de la terrasse du resto. Évidemment nous voulions avec vue sur le lac. Nous dormons toujours la fenêtre porte ouverte. En soirée vers les 22-23 heures la fumée des fumeurs de la terrasses est très très désagréable . Nous avons fermé notre porte. Une chance qu’il ne faisait pas chaud."
