"The room was clean but the bed was hard and you needed binoculars to see the TV. We stayed in Kent hall and it seemed like an old office block that has been turned into bedrooms. Breakfast wasn't that great sausages and bacon were overcooked and dry. The parking was not that great either."

"This was a last minute booking and the room wasn't ready when we arrived so we had a little wait until it was ready. The manager (Tanya I think?) was very helpful, kept us informed and gave us a free drink while we were waiting which was much appreciated. The room itself was good, it was ground floor and close to McDonalds but we couldn't hear any noise from outside. I didn't find the bed or the sofa bed particularly comfortable but it was fine for one night. The only thing that would have been...

"I have travelled extensively both with work and leisure and have to say that this was one of the best hotels I have stayed in. Excellent property, quiet and comfortable, friendly and helpful staff and a very good (and scenic) restaurant. I shall return......!"
