"The resort is aging so there are minor things like wallpaper peeling and blinds not opening properly. One bigger complaint is we had multiple thermostats (and a tile floor heater) in the suite that were all different controls and no instructions how to use them. Having 2 wood fireplaces in the suite but still having to order and pay extra for wood seemed like a 'make money' extra cost. There should be some included or convert them to electric. There should also be better lighting in the parking lots and walkways, after dark it is addressed incredibly hard to see the uneven sidewalks and ice. As a side, there should be some upgrades to the pillows. "

"Terrible! And here is why... They don't state that the pool and hot tub are from another hotel that you have to walk to (-20 or not) They don't tell you parking is 18 dollar.per night extra like seriously. But the worst thing g about this place is there is no water fountain to fill up a bottle for the night and they don't give you any water in the room. It's sad because it's a nice property but not to have water and wake up at night drinking chlorinated tap water was a surprise. "

"The location was unique, being so close to lifts and rental shop. The views were great. The service was great- the staff was so nice. Especially loved the cat ride up the mountain. Would recommend for anyone and worth the extra fee. My only criticism was the wi-FI. It’s pretty slow and not strong enough to stream. Hope they can upgrade that one soon. "
