"A beautiful property, ideal for exploring the Franciacorte area with a helpful, courteous and generally excellent staff. Our room 202 had a Jacuzzi shower that did not work and was essentially a moveable hand shower in a small enclosure. It needs a proper shower. The TV in the corner of the room could not be properly viewed anywhere from the bed due to blockage and ALL english language programs were essentially unwatchable due to poor signal. quite good and well organized. At first the internet did not work well, but when I told the reception, they loaned us an individual modem for us to use during the stay and internet worked fine with that modem. Thanks for the very nice managers who made our stay excellent."

"Unfortunately I lost my driving license in the UK on the way over to Italy so couldn't hire a car. Luckily I had friends who transported me to and from the hotel as required. There is no easy access to public transport and it is remote from shops too. To my surprise, I found out this hotel is one also used by couples seeking privacy, if you know what I mean. I didn't witness anything myself so not a problem for solo travellers. It was clean and staff were very friendly "

"The Palace hotel was lovely, the staff were very helpful, especially with my very limited Italian. Check-in was really quick and easy, same with check-out. The room was spacious and clean, felt modern inside, bed was super comfortable and the whole bathroom was lovely. The view from the balcony was great, across to the mountains in the distance."
