"I really enjoyed the feel of this hotel. The ambiance was cool. The staff was super friendly and helpful. They helped with directions, restaurant suggestions and always seemed happy to assist. They will hold your luggage in case you arrive early and your room is not ready. Our floor had a little fountain so we could refill our water bottles for free. "The room looked nice in photos, but in reality it's an incredibly cheap-feeling, college dormitory-like room with a really terrible mattress. I would never stay here again and regretted choosing it as soon as I walked into the room. It's a very short walk from the Duomo at least so the location is good.
