"Elevators were really slow and the door closed too fast, my friend almost got knocked down going in so, be careful. It may not be the hotel's fault, but there were many unchaperoned kids running around, especially in the breakfast area and in my opinion, the neighborhood's not so great."

"Staff was amazing. Very accommodating. We experienced some major issues with our shower breaking and not working. Maintenance was up quickly. It was a lengthy repair. Antione was very professional!! He was super mindful of our family and the situation we were in. My two kids and wife and I had just got back from the pool and it was getting late. He was quick and effective and while he was doing the repair he sent us downstairs to get dinner at the restaurant. At first they said they didn’t have any room in the restaurant due to a party going on in there. So we went back to the room and when we got there he asked us why we were back. When we told him he waited a couple mins and said “I forgot a tool I’ll be right back” He came right back up and said “your table is ready downstairs”! We knew he didn’t go downstairs to get a tool. This man is the the true embodiment of hospitality and what it’s supposed to mean. I can’t say enough nice things about the man and the restaurant manager and front desk staff that night. Definitely saved our experience. "
