"We booked nest rooms and upon check in, the person told us they are on the 6th floor with a pitched roof. We asked about the next level room -comfort- and opted to upgrade. This room was more of a standard room. Small but no pitch. If you opt in for no housekeeping, you get two free drinks. We were only there 2 nights, so we did that. Right across the street from train station and walking distance to old town. Staff was nice and helpful."

"Me and my friend, we spent 4 nights at Elisa’s place that was very conveniently located just 5 mins away from the local rail station (on foot). We used trains every day to take us to Interlaken and places worth visiting. The views from the window of the apartment, of the mountains and the lake were wonderful. The apartment was spotless clean and the kitchen had all the things that we needed for cooking our own meals and to feel comfortable. Elisa was very kind, generous and helpful. She even offered us a car lift to the station on the day we were leaving as we had heavy luggage and were carless, for which we were so grateful. Thank you Elisa!"

"This is a great affordable place to stay in Zurich. The hotel does not have air conditioning (as stated in the website) They provided fans instead. The bathrooms are outside the rooms but they are super clean, They have elevators. There is access to public transportation not too far from the hotel. The staff is super friendly and they speak English. We will definitely stay here again. Our room had 3-beds. It was very spacious and it had a balcony where you could sit and enjoy the view of the plaza and the children playing outside. It was very lovely."

"Excellent location. Nicely designed. Rooms are very modern, clean and well set up. Emad and Jemina at the front desk are very helpful, friendly and welcoming. The hotel should be 4+ star rating. Would definitely stay there again in the future."

"Beautiful place to stay. Staff were very helpful and gave us an early check in, and kids loved the chocolate butler. Great location, easy to walk to old town and just cross the street to the train. Thanks for a lovely first time in Zurich!"
