"This is a perfectly comfortable place but perhaps a bit basic for the price. The only real specific complaint from our stay was the air conditioning had a hotel central setting which meant you couldn’t manage your own room - ours was too warm but couldn’t be cooled without opening the window - this was very noisy as the hotel is well located in a busy part of the City. As I said the hotel is well located. The breakfast was surprisingly good, as a very simple space for most of the day was transformed into a comfortable breakfast room with lots of choice. The staff were excellent and very helpful. Worth noting the bathroom had that ‘continental’ open structure, so if you like total privacy in there this is probably not the place for you."

"It was perfect for me as central in palma to everything I needed. Very friendly and helpful reception staff, and also the cleaning staff where also friendly and lovely. I didn't use the restaurant etc, or any other amenitites so can't comment."

"Pros: -Great location -Comfy bed -Quiet -Nice building -Nespresso machine in the room Cons: -Bathroom was extremely poorly laid out. As average size people, we could barely fit on the toilet. This was partly due to a giant sink and yet there was little room around the sink to put things. -There was a dirty towel in our bathroom (with a stain that was removable) -Small room -Breakfast was ok, nothing special Due to the poorly planned bathroom in particular, and the small size of the room, I cannot recommend this hotel nor would I stay there again. "Nice enough hotel, a bit vanilla. Everything is ok but nothing about the hotel feels four star. A good three star. Double room was very small, no side unit on one side & not blackout as described. Gym is decent but opens too late in the morning. Well located for the main city & ideal for the theatre."
